How much does shipping cost?
At Modern Catholic Goods, we offer several options for shipping (see pricing below) including flat rate shipping, free shipping over a minimum, and express shipping options calculated by total order weight and shipping address. The shipping carriers we use are Canada Post and UPS.
Exact shipping amounts are displayed prior to submitting your order and when an express option is selected, shipping amounts are calculated based on the items being shipped and the shipping speed specified.
How long will it take to get my goods?
With flat rate shipping and free shipping over a minimum, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days unless Canada Post and/or UPS is reporting a delay in their deliveries, such as during the holiday season or due to inclement weather. When there is a delay, anticipate an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
If you choose an express shipping option, shipping estimates will be displayed at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer several shipping options including flat rate shipping, free shipping over a minimum, and express shipping options.
Flat Rate Shipping - $8.95 CAD for Canadian orders and $12.95 USD for US orders.
Free Shipping - All orders over $150 (after discounts and before taxes) are eligible for free shipping. This option will appear at checkout if your order is eligible.
An order of any value is eligible for flat rate shipping. Be sure to select “Flat Rate Shipping” as your shipping option upon checkout.

Free Shipping on Orders over a Minimum
Free shipping is automatically applied and appears at checkout on all eligible orders. All orders that ship via this method are tracked.
All Canadian orders over $150 CAD and all US orders over $150 USD are eligible for free shipping, so if you want to make the most of free shipping, we suggest gathering some friends and shopping together to meet that minimum!
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We have opened shipping to the US after receiving a number of requests. While our focus will always be on serving our intended mission of making beautiful Catholic goods more accessible to Canadians without hassle, we are happy to serve customers in the US as well.

Can I track my order?
Every shipping method we offer includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information included. Simply click the appropriate links and that will take you to the detailed tracking information associated with your order.
When is the last day to order in time for delivery before Christmas?
The last day to order goods to get them in time for Christmas is December 8 with standard shipping options. Flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada are both standard shipping options. If you select an express option, the last day to place an order with guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 18.
Due to the unpredictable amount of time that US orders may spend in customs, we aren't able to offer any delivery guarantees for our US customers.
I’m in a rush to get my goods. Is there any way to receive my order sooner?
In addition to flat rate shipping and free shipping over a minimum, we offer express shipping options that can help you receive your goods sooner. Simply upgrade your shipping method to the speed you require in the shipping options section upon checkout. Exact shipping amounts are displayed prior to submitting your order.
Return Policy
Most purchases are eligible to be returned for a refund within 15 days of your order's delivery date, with the exception of a few products specified in individual product listings.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with original tags (if applicable) to be eligible to be returned.
To begin the return process, simply send us an email at hello@moderncatholicgoods.ca and be sure to include your order number and the word ‘Return’ in the subject line.
You can request a refund to your original payment method or store credit for the items returned minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
Refunds can only be issued after we have received the package at Modern Catholic Goods. We are not responsible for packages lost by your carrier.
Discounts and Sale Pricing
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts and sale pricing cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
