The 'Golden Arrow' Prayer Card by Modern Catholic Goods is a double-sided prayer card that features the Golden Arrow Prayer on one side and a brief history and explanation of the Golden Arrow Prayer given to Sister Mary of St. Peter in the 1840s.

In the 1840s, Jesus appeared to Sister Mary of St. Peter in Tours, France, and revealed to her that insults against God’s Holy Name were like 'poisoned arrows' that wound His heart. He then gave her the words of the 'Golden Arrow' – a prayer and act of love that consoles the heart of Jesus and pours out graces for sinners. After receiving the words, she was ALSO given a vision. She saw the Sacred Heart of Jesus 'delightfully wounded' by a golden arrow, and torrents of grace pouring out for sinners. When we pray the Golden Arrow Prayer, we praise God for His Holy Name, we console the heart of Jesus, and we express our desire for God's name to be adored everywhere.
